Serpentine Cake For Christmas party

  • Sugar - 200 g
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Flour - approximately 450 g
  • Cocoa powder - 100 g (4 tbsp. Tablespoons)

How to make serpentine cookies:

Ingredients for the preparation of serpentine cookies.

Grind the “Generous Summer” soft margarine with sugar.

Drive eggs into this mixture.

Divide the finished dough in half. Add cocoa powder to one half and knead again to make the color uniform.

Take a cling film (or a new bag - regular, plastic) and roll a light dough into a rectangle on it.

Repeat the same with a dark piece of dough.

Gently lifting the film with dark dough, turn it over to light. Remove the top film.

Using a lower film, form a tight roll of dough.

It is recommended to place the roll for 15 minutes in the freezer (after which it will be easier to cut it).

Cut the roll into rings about a centimeter thick. Grease a baking sheet with sunflower oil (or use parchment for baking). And in the preheated oven! Set the temperature to 180 degrees, bake for about 15 minutes.
