Olivier-roll "is a great appetizer and salad for the New Year's table, it certainly will not remain until the end of the holiday.
Ingredients:
1. Peel and boil the vegetables. Spread lavash on the work surface and let it rest a little.
2. Grease well with cream cheese.
3. Grate the sausage.
4. Put a layer of sausage on pita bread.
5. A layer of boiled grated carrots.
6. A layer of boiled grated potatoes.
7. A layer of grated pickled cucumbers.
8. Apply a mesh of mayonnaise very thinly.
9. Sprinkle with grated boiled eggs.
10. Roll into a roll.
11. Cut into small slices.
