Now add 2 grated potatoes, 1/2 cup carrots, 1/2 cup capsicum, 1/2 cup cauliflower, 2 tablespoons green coriander, 2-3 finely chopped green chilies, 1 inch piece of ginger, 1 Add all things good by adding 1 tsp coriander powder, 3/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp amchur powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala and 3/4 tsp salt. Mix with

Now make a smooth solution mixed with a little water in 1/2 cup all purpose flour. Now add 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt to the flour mixture. Now take bread crumbs in a big plate.

Now take a little mixture of lentil mixture in hand and while pressing it, lengthen it and put a lolly stick in the middle and press it well. Now hold the lolly stick from both the sides and dip it in the flour mixture and wrap it in bread crums and keep it in a plate. Keep all the cutlets in this way.

You can give the cutlet even more shape in place of the sink, like placing the pulse mixture on the palm and pressing it round with both hands and give it a round shape, now put it in maida solution and wrap it in bread crumbs. You can give the cutlet a round shape in this way or you can give a square shape in the same way.

Now heat oil by putting oil in a pan to fry the kebabs. Once the oil is hot, add a little bit of it and check the temperature of the oil. We need good hot oil for frying kebabs.

After the oil is hot, pour the cinnamon kebab in the oil and fry it on high flame for 1-2 minutes. When the kebab turns light brown, flip it slightly and fry till it becomes golden brown. Fry the sync kebabs till they turn golden brown in color from all sides. Take out a good golden brown around the kebab from the pan and fry it on medium-high flame until all the kebabs are golden brown. It takes 5 to 6 minutes to fry a one-time kebab.

Dal pulse wedge kebab is ready, you can serve it with green chutney or tomato sauce.
