A warm dessert with strawberries in winter. Add eggs, granulated sugar, flour, fresh cream, liqueur, etc. to the bowl and mix. Pour into a baking dish with strawberries that are easy to eat, then bake in
the oven. Serve with ice cream and eat while hot

Materials (for 4 people)

  • Strawberry 1 pack
  • 2 eggs
  • Granulated sugar 50g
  • Soft flour (sieve) 50g
  • 200ml fresh cream
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of liquor of choice
  • Appropriate amount of butter (for coating on mold)
  • Ice cream (optional)
