Cool ice to eat in a warm room is a bit of luxury in the cold season. This recipe makes it easy to make such “winter ice cream”. First strawberry condensed milk and vanilla essence are put in a mixer and
stirred. Put it in a container, add another strawberry cut into slices and freeze. The sweet and sour taste and milky condensed milk have a nostalgic taste.

- Strawberry 350-380g
- Condensed milk (adjusted according to the sweetness of strawberries) 6-8 tablespoons
- Strawberry (for cutting corners) 80g
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence (may be omitted)
