INSTRUCTIONS
Boil the noodles according to the packet and drain the
excess water.
Heat oil and add garlic, ginger and green onions.
Stir fry for half a minute and then add the vegetables.
Stir fry for about 3 minutes and then add the sherry.
Once the sherry has evaporated, mix in the noodles along
with the sauces and pepper.
Continue to stir fry for about 2 minutes or till done.
Serve hot garnished with some scallions.
