The Red Door Cafe Chinese Noodles Recipe


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 packet Noodles                                                            
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 cloves sliced garlic
  • 1/2 inch grated ginger
  • 3 green onions chopped in rounds
  • 18 ounce mixed vegetables like carrots, capsicum and cabbage
  • 3 tbsp dry sherry
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil the noodles according to the packet and drain the excess water.
Heat oil and add garlic, ginger and green onions.
Stir fry for half a minute and then add the vegetables.
Stir fry for about 3 minutes and then add the sherry.
Once the sherry has evaporated, mix in the noodles along with the sauces and pepper.
Continue to stir fry for about 2 minutes or till done.
Serve hot garnished with some scallions.
