The Red Door Cafe Beef Braised Lamb



Materials 
  • Lamb 500 gm
  • A handful of peppercorns
  • 0.5 shallots
  • 2 pieces of rock candy
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 4 slices of ginger
  • 2 fragrant leaves
  • 1 cinnamon
  • Star anise 1
  • Nutmeg 1
  • 1 spoon
  • 1 scoop
  • 0.5 scoops
  • Shexian bean paste 1 scoop
  • 2 dried peppers
  • 2 shallots



 Step 1 Shallots, ginger, and garlic slices.  
 step 2 Cut the mutton into large pieces, put cold water into the pot and cook for about 5 minutes.  
 Step 3 Scallion, ginger, garlic, stir-fry with lamb.   


 Step 4 Add cooking wine, bean paste, raw soy sauce, old soy sauce, rock sugar.  
 Step 5 Put lamb in casserole cold water, add fragrant leaves, star anise, cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper,   dried pepper, boil over high heat, then simmer for 40-60 minutes, depending on your favorite taste.   Cut the shallot into sections and set aside.  
 Step 6 After turning off the fire, sprinkle the shallot segments.   
 Incense spurted out of the pot.
